eras and Pure (Opens in a new tab) created the Best Employers Eastern Region initiative to identify and promote the region's best employers. Giving organisations the opportunity to learn about, embrace and develop their company's culture and values through employee engagement. It is now widely recognised that this has a positive impact on key organisational outcomes: profit, turnover, productivity, innovation, customer focus, wellbeing and attendance.
What is Best Employers Eastern Region?
The initiative focuses on identifying the Best Employers in the Eastern region, including Cambridgeshire, Essex, Norfolk and Suffolk. By completing a survey that asks your employees what they really think, your organisation can create positive strategies that truly puts employees at the heart of your business, essential for hiring and retaining top talent; one of the top priorities for businesses today. The initiative includes inspiring speakers and tips allowing participants to make the most of their survey results and engagement strategies.
The Culture & Engagement Survey is written and owned by eras and has been completed by many thousands of employees, both in the UK and Internationally. Every two years we make our commercial product free for companies participating in the initiative. It is 100% confidential, encouraging open and honest answers from employees providing an authentic reflection of your company culture, engagement and wellbeing levels.
The whole thing culminates in an awards event to celebrate the best in the Eastern Region. All participants are automatically entered for a series of awards , according to the size of their organisations and sector in which they operated. In addition to the awards, accreditations are also conferred to organisations that have performed particularly well.
