ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management
Overview
The ILM Level 3 Award in Leadership and Management Skills has been designed to develop the leadership and management skills of practicing or aspiring first line managers. It is a concise qualification consisting of three mandatory units. Candidates are taken through problem solving and decision making techniques in the first unit, explore leadership styles in the second unit, and finally in the third unit of this qualification candidates look at motivating and developing teams.

Optional Units
Whilst not required to be taken for this Award, Organisations can choose to add further Optional Units to the above as part of a fuller Development Programme. These include for example topics such as Managing Conflict and Stress in the Workplace, Coaching and Training your Work Team, Achieving Objectives through Time Management and Organising and Delegating.
