ILM Level 5 Certificate in Leadership
Overview
The purpose of the ILM Level Certificate in Leadership is to develop both understanding and application of Leadership Skills using Action Learning. The qualification does this by building on and broadening the understanding gained in the Award and requiring candidates to complete an additional mandatory unit focussing on improving leadership potential through action learning.

Entry Requirements
