Sales Manager (Food Processing Equipment)

Home based £35K-£38K + car + open-ended bonus 

A proven track record in selling capital equipment to customers within the food industry is the key requirement for this role. Our client, a global leader in a number of niche markets has well-structured distribution network who sell direct to end users. Created as a result of internal promotion, this role focuses on promoting products within Eastern Europe to the distributors. Understanding local markets and analysing product suitability in order to develop business will be fundamental to this remit. 

The candidate chosen for this role will have the level of commercial credibility needed to provide sound support to the distribution sales teams. You will need to be able to grasp complex process applications quickly and it is likely that your background will include selling labelling, weighing, packaging or other food processing equipment, ideally internationally. Our client will also consider candidates with an in depth knowledge of end of line systems gained within food manufacturing or retail. 

Working from a home base, you will need to be well-organised and prepared to travel across Eastern Europe.  Prospects within this successful company are especially good.

Finance Director

Production Team Leader c £23,000 + benefits

Your role will be to lead the production operators, within a leading injection moulding company, to meet the business objectives.  In this hands-on position, you will guide staff and provide practical solutions to problems as they arise

You will be experienced in working night shifts within a similar environment.  Although our client is keen to appoint an individual with supervisory experience, consideration will be given to individuals with previous exposure to training or motivating others.  The hours of work are 21.30 – 05.30 Monday to Friday

Night Shift                                                Norwich

Production Manager (Interim) c £32,000 + benefits

In this interim role, within a leading injection moulding company, you will develop, coach and lead the manufacturing team to meet business objectives. Leading the ‘right first time’ manufacture approach, you will work with your team and performance data, to improve awareness and improve effectiveness of operations. Your KPIs will include output, utilisation, efficiency, scrap, quality, service and stock.

Your background will be in a similar role within either the plastic packaging or a similar production environment, and you will be seeking a role with a high level of accountability. A proven motivator and leader of people, you will have a strong technical appreciation and problem solving skills. Above all else you will be organised, results focussed and capable of getting the best from your team.  This interim contract is expected to be of 3-6 months duration

Electronics Engineer

Cambridgeshire                                up to £40K

An electronic or software engineering graduate with an instrumentation design background is sought to play a key role within our client’s design team.

You will create electronic and electro-mechanical concepts, design specifications, prototypes and production-ready designs with minimal direct supervision. You will undertake Hardware/Software real-time system level design using 8/16 bit micro controllers and use Embedded C and Visual Basic.
