The Quest Profiler™ training

This one-day briefing session (for up to 10 delegates) is designed to ensure those people using and interpreting The Quest Profiler™ are comfortable with identification of the most important scales and interpretation in relation to both recruitment and development methodologies.

Objectives of the session are:

To understand what personality questionnaires measure and how to use them in a robust standardised manner
To be able to apply them in both selection and development situations
To link them to job competencies and performance indicators
To be aware of the two kinds of questionnaire available (forced choice ipsative and rating scale-based normative) as well as their advantages and limitations
To get extra practice in linking scales and getting a better overall understanding of the profile output
