Our client is seeking an Applications Support Scientist to provide leading-edge specialist application support and training at all levels with particular emphasis on the company’s label-free product portfolio. You will provide timely solutions to customer and distributor queries, ensuring that they are resolved; and assist the sales process by demonstrating systems to potential customers at their sites within Europe and North America
The ideal candidate will have a Qualification in an appropriate science discipline such as biochemistry or cell biology; significant experience in structured customer problem solving and have an analytical, methodical and organised approach with ability to prioritise competing issues
