We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, hands-on physicist specialising in electromagnetic design with both an aptitude and interest in commercial development to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will have excellent academic credentials, an intuitive grasp of fundamental scientific principles, and demonstrable drive and commitment
You will have a 1st or 2.1 degree in physics or engineering with a PhD from leading institute; experience in electromagnetic actuator, sensor, and control development; magnetic materials, and wireless power and data transmission. You will also have strong analytical capabilities and numerical simulation experience. Project management and commercial experience will be an advantage, as will familiarity with product development processes and design for EMC compliance
