I attended the Level 7 course, run by eras, over a four module, eight day period between November 2013 and May 2014. My objectives prior to joining the course were to further develop my strategic leadership skills, together with learning about any tools and techniques that would assist in developing and implementing strategy within my organisation. Furthermore, with my passion for supporting staff and competency development, I was also very interested in the team leading elements within the course

The whole course was presented in a very informal environment, supported by clear and concise notes and was extremely well paced, allowing ample time to discuss and expand upon each module. The small number of participants (three on my course) meant that it was very much a participate programme, varied in content and structure which helped in maintaining our interest levels

In conclusion, I personally met, if not exceeded, my expectations on this course and having maintained contact with my two fellow participants know that they feel the same way. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending this course, run by eras, for anyone who had the same business needs as I did. 5*****
