"We have worked with eras for many years on training and development and recruitment. In particular, we have worked with eras to develop our coaching approach. eras designed our coaching programme for our staff which was bespoke to us and enabled our staff to feel confident and empowered as coaches. We are now working with eras again and they have designed another bespoke coaching programme for us. Over the years, eras have also delivered coaching support sessions for our coaches where they can practice their skills, and they have provided one to one coaching. eras have really helped to make coaching accessible for our staff and give them the confidence to believe in their own abilities. The service they provide is always of a very high standard and we consider eras to be a partner rather than just a supplier."
