The Psychometric Portal provides an excellent variety of instruments. Personal experience has allowed me to assess the short and long term benefits of the personality profiling and job matching, which we use in both assessment stages and the long term review of employees from trainees to executives. The flexibility offered by the 360 tool is crucial in our industry, allowing me to control both the topics, and also the number of reviewers involved in the feedback process. Finally being able to use the system on a pay-as-you-go basis is a huge benefit, given our contract requirements.
