I really enjoyed the time I spent completing the Level 7 course. The balance between discussion, tuition and practical training on some of the skills and techniques I found very good. The location at Wadenhoe was ideal as it provided the environment to really focus on the training and the opportunity to get outside into the fresh air and really express ourselves as a group and individuals. The quality of the tuition was extremely high and I have used a number of the techniques on my return back into the business. I would highly recommend eras as a training partner and the level 7 course is a great platform for anyone looking to develop their strategic and management skills within their organisation.

I found the programme hugely beneficial. The setting lends its self perfectly to allow you the time and space to really examine the theories and concepts around strategy with the opportunity to work alongside other directors and leaders. It gave me the opportunity to consider my approach and our organisations strategic direction.
