My eras contact was instrumental in me choosing to use the Best Employers survey in the first place. She responded to my initial enquiry immediately and we set up a call to talk things through. She explained everything extremely clearly and didn't make me feel it was a sales call or rushed along. The other companies I contacted were not accessible and by contrast I had to use online chat or fill in an enquiry form. After filling in the enquiry form I then received a standard email and no offer of personal contact.
Her approach is very hands on and I have had several emails, calls and TEAMs meetings with her where she has patiently guided me through the system. She is happy to give advice from her own experience but not too directive. We have had a couple of training sessions where I have felt comfortable to ask and double check my understanding because she is so helpful and approachable.
She always replies to her emails extremely promptly and makes me feel nothing is too much trouble for her. This level of customer service is quite rare which is why it stands out and I wanted to give credit and praise where it is due.
