Depending on your level of usage there are a couple of ways of purchasing reports through The Psychometric Portal®. If you are looking to conduct psychometrics on a very ad-hoc basis we can manage the process for you through our Bureau Service. If you are looking to use psychometrics routinely, becoming a Full Purchase user would be the more cost effective approach. You would have your own system, manage your own candidates, run your own reports and have your own branding. Also, there are discounts of up to 30% available for larger purchases.

Frequently Asked Questions

What's included in Full Purchase pricing? Full Purchase pricing includes Psychometric Portal® access, applicable setup fees, available volume discounts and any credits required by your selected assessments.
What's included in Bureau Service pricing? Bureau Service pricing includes eras administering the assessments on your behalf and providing the required reports.
Why do Full Purchase and Bureau Service prices differ? The Psychometric Portal® is designed for organisations that intend to run assessments regularly. Bureau Service includes additional administration and support from eras, making it more suitable for occasional projects.
I've already got a Portal account. Why is my Full Purchase price different? Use the "Already have a Portal account?" option to remove the onboarding fee and included starter credits from the calculation.
Are discounts already included in the calculation? Yes. Where applicable, discounts based on credit volume are automatically applied to Full Purchase pricing.
Does the calculator include VAT? No. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
What is the minimum purchase?

For The Psychometric Portal®, additional credit purchases have a minimum order value of 200 credits. New Portal customers receive an initial allocation of credits as part of their account setup package.

Bureau Service has no credit purchase requirements as assessments are purchased on a per-report basis.

Can I upgrade a report later? Yes. If you start with a Standard report and later decide you need the Full version, we only charge the difference in credits. There is no upgrade fee, so you can begin with a lower-cost report and add more detail later if your requirements change.
What if I'm not sure which assessments I need? The calculator can estimate pricing, but if you're unsure which assessments or reports are most appropriate, contact eras and we'll recommend the most suitable solution for your project. Contact our team 
Can I use multiple assessment types in one project? Yes. The calculator supports combining different assessments, reports and quantities to estimate the total cost of a complete assessment programme.
