This is an excellent overview: perfect for pinning down exactly why someone might not be a perfect fit for a particular position. Of course, if they’re too wide of the mark, you might not bother to interview them at all!

One feature of this output is to allow you to come up with your own areas to probe which might not be covered by our personality questionnaire (The Quest Profiler) but which are nevertheless of interest and which can usefully be probed at the same time as personality in relation to the role that is being explored.
