What is The Psychometric Portal®? The Psychometric Portal® is eras's self-service assessment platform. You purchase credits and generate reports whenever you need them, giving you complete control over assessments, participants and reporting.
How does pricing work? The Psychometric Portal® uses a simple credit-based pricing model. You purchase credits and spend them when reports are generated. Different reports consume different numbers of credits depending on their complexity.
What is the minimum purchase?

For The Psychometric Portal®, additional credit purchases have a minimum order value of 200 credits. New Portal customers receive an initial allocation of credits as part of their account setup package.

Bureau Service has no credit purchase requirements as assessments are purchased on a per-report basis.

Do credits expire? No. Credits remain available on your account until they are used.
Are discounts available? Yes. Credit purchases attract increasing discounts as order volumes increase. Larger purchases reduce your cost per credit and can significantly lower the cost of large assessment programmes.
What's the difference between Full Purchase and Bureau Service? Full Purchase gives you direct access to The Psychometric Portal® so you can run assessments yourself. Bureau Service is a fully managed option where eras administers the assessments and delivers the reports for you.
Which option is right for me? As a rule of thumb, organisations that use psychometrics regularly will usually benefit from Full Purchase. Bureau Service is often a better fit for occasional assessment projects.
How do I estimate the cost of my project? Use our Project Cost Calculator to estimate credits required, Full Purchase costs and Bureau Service pricing based on your specific assessment requirements.
Can someone help me choose the right assessments? Absolutely. If you're unsure which assessments, reports or services best fit your requirements, contact the eras team and we'll be happy to advise. Contact our team 
Can I upgrade a report later? Yes. If you start with a Standard report and later decide you need the Full version, we only charge the difference in credits. There is no upgrade fee, so you can begin with a lower-cost report and add more detail later if your requirements change.
